Chatbot

What is Chatbot?
A chatbot is a program that chats automatically: customers ask and it answers in the chat window, from a fixed script or from prepared documents.
Older chatbots follow a fixed script and get stuck on anything outside it. Chatbots built on an LLM talk far more naturally, but unless they are connected to your real data they still only answer; they cannot do anything.
