AGI (artificial general intelligence)
Written by Minh Khang

What is AGI (artificial general intelligence)?
AGI (artificial general intelligence) is a hypothetical AI that can do most of the thinking work people do, at or above human level.
Today's AI is strong at single tasks but still has gaps an ordinary person would not. Several large AI companies say they are working towards AGI, but there is no shared definition and no agreement on when it will arrive. For a business owner the practical question remains what AI can do for the business today.
