Reading the website is free and needs no agreement. When you create an account and use the workspace, you agree to the following.

1. 1Your account

   • Use real details when you sign up and keep your password to yourself.
   • You are responsible for everything done from your account, including what AI assistants do with MCP keys you create.
   • We may suspend accounts used to spread unlawful content, scams or spam.

2. 2Your content

   • Content you write and upload stays yours. You allow us to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to do what you ask.
   • You confirm you have the rights to what you publish and follow YouTube's and Facebook's rules and Vietnamese law, including labelling AI-generated content where the law requires.

3. 3Credits, payment and refunds

   • You top up credits by bank transfer. The price of a credit, the minimum top-up, the price of connecting an account and of each post are shown in the workspace and on the Workspace page.
   • Credits are taken when you connect another account and each time you post to one place. A place where posting fails is refunded exactly once.
   • Topped-up credits are not exchanged back into money unless the fault is ours; in that case, contact us.

4. 4Social connections and AI assistants

   • Publishing goes through a social media connection service and YouTube's and Facebook's official APIs; the platforms may reject or remove posts or change features beyond our control.
   • AI assistants connected over MCP create drafts and can schedule a video at least 1 day ahead; you review it and cancel what you do not want out. AI-written content can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you publish.
   • Golden hours and statistics are suggestions based on the data available, not guaranteed results.

5. 5Limits of liability

   We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it is never interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by changes at third-party platforms, by content you publish, or by someone else using your account.

6. 6Changes and governing law

   These terms may be updated; the date at the top changes too. These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
