A panda looking for an answer: what can AI do for a business owner?
Eurekanda is a short-video channel telling true stories of AI in shops, cafés and small businesses. Here is how the channel began, and how a video gets made.
- Handmade, AI-assisted
- Since Oct 2026

The story
Why this channel

Eurekanda started in October 2026 from a simple question: what does AI really do for small sellers, and where does it break? There is plenty of AI news, but few places tell it through a clothing shop, a café or a bakery.
Each video tells exactly one story, following one person or one sourced incident, and leaves a line worth remembering. This site gathers what the channel has learned into a glossary, guides, and a workspace for publishing your own videos.
Behind the scenes
How a video is made
Six steps; the ones where AI does the work say so.

- 1
Find a true story
It starts from a sourced incident: a news article, a ruling, an official page. Every source is captured with its name and date.
- 2
Write one thread
One person, one problem, one short line to remember. Any scene that does not help solve that problem is cut.
- 3
Read by an AI voiceUses AI
The narration is read by a Vietnamese AI voice, then transcribed back to check every word was read right.
- 4
Felt pictures drawn by AIUses AI
Illustrations are drawn by AI in the channel's felt and kraft-paper style, always labelled "Illustration". Logos and source screenshots are real.
- 5
Edit and check
Cut to under a minute, with every highlight and every number checked against the source before export.
- 6
Publish, then learn from the numbers
See which videos hold attention and where viewers stop, and use that for the next one.
Promises
Three things the channel keeps
Sourced
Every incident has a source you can check: in the video description, and under Sources at the foot of each glossary and guide page. Every page shows when it was last updated.
AI labelled
AI voices and AI pictures are always disclosed, in the spirit of Vietnam's AI Law.
No clickbait
Titles say exactly what the video answers, and promise no more than the video delivers.
Slow like a panda, stubborn like a panda. If it is worth doing, see it through.

Who makes this channel
Minh Khang started the channel in October 2026 and built this website and its workspace, including the MCP server that lets AI assistants draft posts. So what the channel says about agents, permissions and human approval comes from doing it, not only from reading about it.
The videos use an AI voice and AI-drawn illustrations, always labelled. The glossary, guides and articles are written by Minh Khang, checked against original sources such as legal texts, rulings and developers' official announcements, and dated at the top of each page.
