What is Knowledge base?
A knowledge base is the set of the shop's own documents that AI is allowed to look up: prices, policies and frequently asked questions.
AI only answers correctly about your shop when it has the right source to lean on. The tidier, fresher and more consistent the knowledge base, the less it makes up. Change a price without updating it, and the AI keeps quoting the old one.
